The Northern Blues have named their squad for this weekend’s clash with Williamstown.
The Blues have welcomed four inclusions for the clash at the home of the Seagulls into the Bertocchi 23.
Matthew Kennedy and Andrew Phillips have both been named in the starting midfield after featuring for Carlton last weekend against Adelaide.
They have been joined by Alex Federico — who has been named as 23rd man — and Glenn Strachan.
Federico replaces last week’s club debutant Jean-Luc Velissaris in the role: the young forward has been granted a spot in the starting 18 after his impressive performance against Frankston.
Strachan has been included on an extended five-man bench, which will be cut down to the final squad on Saturday prior to the bounce.
Brendan Myers also features on the bench after recovering from a stinger to his shoulder last week, as does Matthew Lobbe following his return to action a week ago.
Coming out of the squad are Darcy Lang, Kym Lebois and Angus Milham.
Lang has been named for his Carlton debut, while Lebois will miss after breaking his collarbone in the opening minute of last week’s game. Milham has been omitted.

Jack Silvagni and captain Tom Wilson have been named alongside inclusions Kennedy and Phillips in the middle.
After his best-afield performance last weekend, Jacob Weitering will resume in the VFL, named to play across half-back.
Tom De Koning, Patrick Kerr and Jesse Palmer will lead the line up forward after combining for seven goals last week.
Saturday’s game at Williamstown Football Ground begins at 2pm.
The match takes place in beyondblue Round: the players will wear blue tape on their wrists in support.
