David Packman Appointed to Northern Blues Board

Stephen Papal, President of the Northern Blues Football Club, is pleased to announce the recent appointment of David Packman to the Board of the Northern Blues Football Club.

In welcoming Packman to the Board, Papal said, "David brings with him a wealth of knowledge in marketing communications and his experience will be invaluable as we continue to progress our club into the future."

"David has already been an integral part of the combined working group with Carlton in helping guide our transition to the Northern Blues."

With nearly twenty years experience in the marketing and PR industry, Packman has led communications for companies such as Sony and AOL, as well as holding senior positions at several multinational PR agencies.

"I'm honoured to be appointed to the Northern Blues Football Club Board and I am looking forward to working with the other Board Members as the club enters this exciting new phase," Packman said.

Packman has been involved with the club since 2008 when his PR agency, The Sauce Agency, first sponsored the coaching panel. His grandfather, Harcourt Dowsley, also played 3 games for Carlton back in 1941, kicking 7 goals.
